I can confirm that your profile visibility is set to Public so it can appear in Google searches. That said, Google is its own entity where they are responsible for crawling a website and indexing the content they discover; this is not something we can control.
Regarding the Agency visibility in Search, this is by design. When a search is performed, the search tile will either show the freelancer separately (if the freelancer is non-exclusive and the Agency isn't a default team) or the freelancer with the relevant agency information underneath. I checked, and it looks like you're still a non-exclusive member of your Agency. If you wish to appear as associated with your Agency when searched, you'll need to set yourself as an exclusive member of your Agency.
