I used to be able to see the names of the client that submitted a job posting, now I cannot?

I was once able to view the names of the clients of posted job postings I applied to in the "About the client" section. I am no longer able to see their names (I can still see the other info). Why did I lose this perk? It was tremendously helpful in vetting clients. How do I regain this perk?

It is not Upwork's intention that freelancers be able to see the namees of clients when submitting a proposal to a job.

Upwork generaly removed this feature for every one a long time ago, currently we cannot see the client name on jobs.
