ID NOT RECOGNIZED

Hi, I have had an account since 2014 and didn't use it for a while. I tried to log in using my ID but it is not recognized. When I tried to sign up again it said that the ID is already being used. I had to create a dummy account so I could just post a question and seek assistance.
