I attempted to verify my Upwork Freelancer account by submitting my driver's license as ID, but I accidentally provided an expired one. I've been trying to contact support to request a reset, so I can submit the correct, updated ID, but I haven't received any response. I've been waiting for 4 business days (Taking too long). It's urgent for me to continue sending proposals for my agency. Could someone assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you.
