Incorrect Name

My name is Zach. 

Upwork thinks it's 'Zsch'. 

I have checked and changed my profile settings

I have submitted a name change request - no response in weeks.

My profile still displays me as 'Zsch'.

I want to actually get to use Upwork. Help.
