Un valid VAT number

To the Attention of the Staff,

I am an italian freelancer and I made my profile this week. Unfortunatly I couldn't insert my VAT number in the site, because is refuses. The VAT number is verified, active, so I don't understand why it is not accept. I receive this email when it uis sayd that you could not validate my VAT. What I have to do?

It says to me that I don't have VIES

In this case, I would recommend consulting your self with a local specialist. At the moment we can only verify VAT numbers that are successfully verified in the VIES database.

I have problems with my VAT number. I am subscribed to VIES and correct put all the datas into the Tax Informations, but I am continue refused by the site. What I have to do? I made all the correct procedure. 

The VIES is valid on the site of EU VIES.
