Hello! I would like to know whether other people from my team can make calls from my freelancer account without me being present on the call? Or do I need to make an agency account?

Hello Sofiia,

Sharing your account information with anyone else is a violation of the Terms of Service; no one other than yourself should be using your account. If you'd like to work as a team on projects, then it's best for you to create an Agency profile from your existing account.
