Is a manual screen capture with timer doable?

I'm trying to find out if a manual screen capture with the timer is a doable option?  I've attempted using the shortcut keys however, nothing works.  Even if I reassigned the key settings still nada.

I have found that with my current client a shot before I bury myself into work is absolutely necessary.  I gather I cannot change the time frequencies to less than 10mins (another shame) but that I'm working with.

Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Hi Bambi,

If you're referring to the Upwork time tracker, when logging is turned on, the app takes random screen captures six times per hour — once per 10-minute billing segment. Anything visible on your screen will display in your Work Diary. The screenshot tool is part of the Upwork Desktop App. It is not part of Upwork Messages on the web or mobile. You can choose to be notified each time a screen capture is taken.

That said, manual screen capture is not an option on the Upwork Desktop App. You may visit this help article to familiarize yourself with logging time with the Time Tracker.
