Is the agency allowed to cancel a project that is being worked on without a clear reason? Previously I had received a contract from the agency to work on the NFT project I had made a sketch and before 24 hours he canceled the project and there was no responsibility whatsoever for me

What do you actually mean when you say "agency"? Are you talking about an agency or the person who hired you, who is called a "client"?
