Is there a way to contact job offers before submitting an offer?

Thanks for reaching out. The only way you can reach out to clients about their job posts is to submit a proposal. We suggest you carefully compose your cover letters and ask any questions that you may have about the job post. If the client is interested in interviewing you, they will respond and you'll see their message on the message center.

Hi Rotem,

Please keep in mind that Connects are only returned under these circumstances:

• If a project is canceled by the client before a contract is made, Connects you used on that proposal will be returned. This does not apply to expired job posts.
• If we remove a project’s post because we believe it violates our Terms of Service, Connects you used on that proposal will be returned.
