Is warning of upwork team affected my badge?

Hello everybody. I need your help.

My account status is following.

JSS: 100%

100% profile complet

No account holds in the last 90 days

Eligible weeks 16 of 16

By the way, I received a warning from upwork support team because TOS. Will this affect my ability to receive a Top Rated badge?

If anybody knows about it, please let me know.
