Is it possible for a client to provide private feedback when paid nothing to freelancer. I am really confused about my JSS score lowering reason. Lower JSS suffering me a lot but yet not know who how given bad private feedback as my most jobs are 5-start reviewed. And the worse one was given many days ago and not got any negative impact on JSS. Really frustrating. No help for freelancers. The client can do anything they want. even after good work, dedication, effort....

Besides this, even when you are getting 5 star ratings. There are chances that clients are not giving you 5 Star "Private Feedback". Your JSS is not based upon "Public Feedback", its based on "Private Feedback" which is not visible to Freelancers.

Try to deliver your best. Keep your clients happy.
