I can't imagine how you would expect your score to stay high with feedback that was so bad that you removed it AND a 3-star review. That certainly doesn't represent a 100% JSS performance record.

Tonya,

Please look into my orginal post, I did gave rational alternatives parameters, that seems missing. If upwork builts that it will hep wider Upwork community.

here was the 5 star rating that was removed, under suspicion.

It is an absolute pleasure working with Animesh. He brings excitement and passion to OnCFO and throws himself entirely into projects. With OnCFO, Animesh has been critical in helping to shape the vision of the project and moving us to a superior architecture. He has helped out in all facets from design to strategy to vendor selection. Also, Animesh shines when it comes to the detailed work of creating user stories. It's wonderful to work with someone who can move from the 1,000 foot view to the 1 foot view of a product with agility and grace

I know I do have difficult times on upwork, as my profile is no more saleable, let it be... please do not post any further, if you don't have purpose to help.

And you removed it? Why in the world would you do that? It means all the good from that contract was removed, and you were left with thebad feedback from last year and one 5 star which will vanish next month - so as from that point onwards your JSS will consist of one bad outcome.

You left a poor 3 star feedback and removed glowing 5 star feedback even though you could have just removed the impact and left the glowing feedback.

That, with all due respect, was nuts.

You did it wrong.

You should have requested the JSS impact removal the correct way via the email to the team who deals with that.

Not via chat.

However, the outcome would have been the same: You'd not have had any contracts in your 6 month window, so it would have counted the poor one from last year and your JSS would have plummeted to exactly the same.

Once it falls below 50% (once the only thing propping it up falls out of the equation this month) it will no longer show on your public profile anymore, so I guess that's something.

So Petra , in short you are saying that Upwork is not good for specialised skills that of Product Management and having on board long term contracts. Model works well for few short time contrats with earnings.

No, I am not saying that at all.

At the end of the day the imapact of one contract going wrong is greater when you have fewer, bigger contracts, but equally the chance of winding up with a difficult client increases the more contracts you have.  It's swings and roundabouts. But at this stage you managed to end up with poor outcomes in 2 out of the last 3 contracts, so you could just as easily have had poor outcomes in 20 out of the last 30...

To improve your JSS as soon as possible a few (you'd only need less than a handful) successfully completed contracts from smaller jobs you can absolutely ace would get you right up there again.

Again, when you have so few in your calculation window it doesn't take much.

All you'd have to do is establish a 6 month JSS again and your bad feedback from last year would no longer count because you'd have a 6 month calculation window which currently you do not.

That's all a moot point with that duplicate profile you've got - which might make your JSS the least of your worries.

Thank You for your all inputs and suggestions.

Duplicate profile was created , when there was migrtion issues from elance. I have not used , since then.

But I think I have to take on  that  blessing in disguise and scrap this in coming time.
