Hi there,

My name is Milorad Zakic. I have one question regarding the JSS.

According to the rules, it was said that in order to get a JSS, I have to complete:

• Projects with 2 (or more) different clients
• 4 (or more) different contracts within 24 months

Now, considering the fact that in my case both conditions for JSS are satisfied, my question is: When will I get the JSS?

Hi Milorad,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I believe you've read this article and that's where you got this information. 

It is also stated there that we exclude clients whose freelancers report a history of unreasonable feedback so that their scores won't count against you, but that may mean it takes longer to accumulate enough reviews to receive your initial score.

Please also note that Job Success Scores are calculated every two weeks.

Hi Milorad

If I'm not wrong, you need to have at least 2 projects with statisfied review/rating from your client. Then your JSS will shows. But, if you already have it just wait. This score updates about every 2 weeks
