Job offer with Upwork: legit?

Hello!

I just received a job offer with Upwork through a self-called talent acquisition recruiter via LinkedIn InMail. Since he's from very far and he's asking my e-mail address, I couldn't help but find suspicious.

The link in the message body does, however, redirect me to a page I suppose belongs to your website.

Could you confirm that for me? Does this guy really work for you?  Is this job offer legit?
