Job score issue

I have been a part of the upwork community when it was oDesk. However, my previous job score doesn't appear why is that?

 Because only results from the past  24 months count towards your Job Success Score and you've not had feedback in the last 5 years.

You need 4 to 8 completed contracts from at least 3 different clients for a JSS to be calculated.

However, I have a job that ended only in Feb 2017. How is that even the commission that up work charges is 20% when I have earned more 10K.

Kindly clarify.

1) Yes. And? You have no feedback in the last 5 years so obviously no JSS can be calculated because there is nothing in the 2 year window to calculate with.

2)  The fee is per client, not per how much you earned from all clients.

It is 20% for the first $ 500 from any one (!) client

It is 10% for everything between $ 500 and $ 10.000 from any one (!) client

It is 5% for everything over $ 10.000 from any one (!) client

Not talking about jss. The 20% is calculated when you have no earnings. But that is not my case. Kindly help me understand this.

 Oh good grief...

Lifetime billings for ONE SINGLE CLIENT. Money you earned with THAT client across all contracts with THAT client.

It's really not rocket science.
