I've Won Two Contracts in the Last 12 Hours, But these Jobs
Are not Appearing in My "Jobs in Progress Tab" on My Profile.

No need to contact Customer Support for that. Contracts appear under the Job in Progress tab once the first milestone has been paid if it is a fixed price contract or when the first week has been billed for hourly contract.

It's possible that there could be a delay in the information appearing in your "Jobs in Progress" tab. I would recommend checking the following:
Ensure that the contracts have been officially accepted by both you and the client.
Make sure the contracts have not been cancelled or ended.
Wait for a few hours or until the next business day and check again.
If the contracts are still not appearing after following these steps, I would recommend reaching out to Upwork Support for assistance. They should be able to look into the issue and provide a resolution.
