Jobs being awarded to my agency account.

Hi,

I was awarded 2 projects today and I have an existing hourly project on hold. These represent my last 3 projects.

My issue is they were submitted through my freelancer account, but when I received the offers they were through my agency account.

I don't really use that account so my issue is why is this happening? I don't want to end up getting positive feedback directed to an account I don't use.

Hi Jeffrey,

As an additional note, it looks like you have set the agency as your default team. To ensure that direct offers are under your freelancer account, please go to your freelancer account > Settings > My Teams > Set your default team to 'No default team'.
