Large Contract

I have this long-term contract but a new contract (from same client with same contract description but different rate) was created when I was granted to increase my rate. Now, I believe it was considered to be separate contracts. How can these jobs be combined to help me achieve a "large contract"?

If the client used the "increase" function on the contract, the old and new contracts are automatically merged after you have been paid under the new contract for the first time.

If the client actually created a new contract, it isn't possible to merge the two. Looking at your profile, it would appear that this is what happened. One contract was closed and another created)
