Less 10 minutes on work hours

On January 27th, I worked 8 hours straight. I started the time tracker at exactly 9 AM (PST) and stopped at exactly 5 PM (PST). The tracker only detected 7 hours and 50 minutes of work when it was supposed to be 8 hours. Why is that?

The time tracker doesn't record all time that you have the tracker turned on. It only registered active segments of time. So, it is possible to have the tracker on for 8 hours and only see 1-2 hours of activity recorded. You should do some research on the forums and the help sections to find out more about the details--I'm not familiar with all the time tracker rules.
