Hello friends, I am applying to users who have paid in advance, no matter how much spam posts are shared in the projects. But even despite this, I only get a response from 1-2 out of 10 applications. And I see that the projects I received feedback on have been open for 2 weeks. My connections are in vain and waiting for a long time, in the meantime I can not make new applications.

In response, I have a plan to tell users who have contacted me to close their projects. Thus, some of the Connects of all applying Freelancers will be refunded.

How about doing this as all Freelancers here?

What are your thoughts on this? And do you think this is the right move?

And is this subject against the UpWork rules?

As far as I understand, I think that if we support each other, we will go faster.
