Lifetime Billing and Total Billed

Hi Team Upwork, 

Can you please clarify for me as to why the Total Earnings is different from the Billings and Earnings amount? Is it that the client has not paid yet? For the same client the Lifetime Billing amount is correct but it is not reflecting in my billings when I went to withdraw.

Hi Sonal,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your Total Earnings are your earnings from all the contracts that you've had all throughout your career in Upwork. The "Billing and Earnings" tab is where you see the amount that you've earned based on a specified date and it includes the service fees for a complete breakdown. The "Lifetime Earnings" tab is where you see the total sum of invoices (paid or pending to be paid), excluding taxes and fees.

When I open the "Billing and Earnings" tab and "Lifetime Earnings", I can only see it by client. How do I see the my exact total earnings ?
