Limit number of tags per post - content quality so poor cause of unlimited inappropriate tags

Upwork search is so bad. Results constantly come up not matching skill set.

Upwork PLEASE add these two capabilities to improve content quality and matching:

1. Limit the number of tags to 4-5 per post. This will force Client posters to actually think about and select ONLY the most appropriate tags, instead of picking tens of inappropriate tags.

2. In the thumbs down pick list, add "Inappropriate tagging". If a post gets a number of those from different freelancers, the post should be sent back to poster for re-editing. A much better appropriate however would be to simply add the ability for a freelance to FLAG A TAG.  Red flag a tag that does not match the job.  Similarly to the above, more than one freelancer flags a tag as inappropriate, the tag should be auto-removed from the post.

PLEASE fix this. Quality of matches to skill sets currently is extremely low due to mistagging.
