Hi, I am TOP Rated Freelancer on Upwork but I am unable to Contact Support via Live Chat.

How can I contact the Support team via Live Chat?

To get help from our live chat support, kindly follow these steps:

2. Select "Get Support" at the bottom of your screen.
3. Type a question or topic and select "Send". The bot will find relevant Help articles for you.

To speak with a human for help using Upwork:

1. Go to the Help Center.
2. Select “Get Support” at the bottom of your screen.
3. Type a question or topic and select "Send". The bot will find relevant Help articles for you.
4. If we don't find the information you need after a few tries, you’ll see an option under the article selections to "Contact Support."
5. Select "Contact Support" and follow the options provided.

That just takes me back to help and support page. The live bot just ain't much help and even if you type "need to speak with a real person" which works in the past seems now not available. As in you don't get there.
