         I have a quick question, do upwork automatically transfer the money to our local bank in case we failed to do so? Thanks team:)

You can set it on your profile settings, under GET PAID.

To add to what Rigor has shared, you can set up an Automatic Payment Schedule on your account. Once set up, the system will automatically withdraw any available earnings you have on your Upwork account to your chosen payment method.
