Hi there,
Since 2013, I've been active on Upwork, operating from Egypt. Recently, Upwork introduced location verification requirements. Although my national ID and passport contain my address, I lack a utility bill in my name reflecting my residence, and my bank statement doesn't specify my address. Can anyone provide guidance on how to fulfill the location verification process?

I have another question since my ticket is still open without a response. The official address on my ID and passport matches the one on my Upwork profile. Should I update my profile with my current address, which I've been at for a while and is in the same city, or should I keep the official address from my national ID?
