Hello Upwork agents and freelancers
I've been asked to verify my location and I've followed all the instructions to the letter, but once I upload my government ID to verify my location, the button to proceed to the next level doesn't come on. It only shows the back button. The other buttons aren't highlighted.
I've cancelled and repeated the process three times now
Please I'd like some help because I only have four more days to complete the verification process and I'm worried.
