Dear Upwork Representators,

 

I dnt have any idea where my 50 connects lost, today morning there are connects availabile to bid but now there is nothing.

 

Do you have any idea where they gone?

Hi Bilal,

 

Since you're an exclusive member of the agency you're part of, you can only use the Connects of the agency pool to send proposals. 
If you would like to work as an independent freelancer the agency owner will need to update your status to non exclusive member. Thank you.

It shows that I have connests but when I move to bid, there is 0 connects.

Hi Bilal,

 

As it is indicated on the notification you've shared, since you're an exclusive member of your agency you can't use the Connects under your freelancer profile. For more details please refer to my previous post and check out this Help Article. Thank you.
