Microsoft Office Samples

Hey Guys!

I am new to upwork, And I am in a bit of a strugle... Whenever I try to open a Microsoft Office sample on a clients job Posting it keeps asking me if I want repair the file and if I say "repair" it shows all the things that may be wrong but I checked everything and Nothing in the sugestion box seems to be the problem. Can the problem be from the client's side?

Hi Ursula,

If you're experiencing any problems with a file you will need to contact your client directly so that they can share a version of the file or fix the existing one.
You can also try to open the file in Google Slide (It worked on my end). Thank you.
