Missing Connects

Hello, I have been submitting proposals and there have been a few that say 0 connects, however, it's still taking 2 from my account. This has happened a few times this month, how do I get them back?

Good day, I just want to ask. I'm actually loosing some connects. I thought I will have 60 connects per month but apparently day by day it's loosing. I only used 24 connects this month. Can someone answer my query? Thank you in advance.

Hi Jo-Anne,

 

I checked your account and it looks like you are an exclusive member of your agency. Exclusive agency members work on Upwork only as part of their agency. As for the agency connects, it is shared by the whole agency. You will receive 60 new connects under the freelancer basic plan each month if you are a freelancer submitting proposals from your account and not from the agency. Thank you!
