Missing option or i`m missing something ?

I received invitation for job contain a contact info in job post, in order to flag this you must accept invitation to see option to flag as inappropriate.

My question is there another way ?

Sure. "View Full Job Description"

Then flag as normal.

No need to accept the invitation.
