Multiple Rates as Agency

To clarify I want multiple rates for just me, the reason I signed up as an Agency! Can this be done, or should I cancel my Upwork service?

No.

A agency, by definition, is a number of people, each with their own rates, and that is what the rate range is meant to reflect.

You may be better off with specialized profiles each with their own rate. One person agencies rarely make any sense.
