Multiple notifications on mobile app

I do get multiple notifications on the mobile app, for messages I've already read several times.

It's actually annoying, so much so I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times, in hopes the problem is fixed.

I'd appreciate if you could pass this along to the development team behind the app.

• OS
• Upwork Freelancer App Version
• Screenshot of the issue (making sure to blackout any personal identifying information, chat, etc.)

Phone: Xiaomi Redmi Note 10s

OS: Android 11

Upwork Freelancer app version: 1.45.1

Screenshot: Not available. Unfortunately, I didn't take screenshots when it happened. It just happens off-the-cuff like that. Then I enter messages via the app, read the message again and ensure it's swiped out of my notifications bar.

A few days later, same message I've since read shows up as a fresh notification on my phone.
