Can I use my country tax ID (not a US citizen) to verify my US account which has been added to my payment method?

I think Yes, as I just added my country Tax ID and my non-US bank account details a few days back.

HI Soliu, 

Since you're not a U.S. person, you'll need to fill up Form W-8Ben. You can read more about it here. It looks like the option to transfer through Wire Transfer is available to you, so you should be able to use your US bank account to withdraw your earnings.
