Earlier, I got a message saying my account has been suspended because there’s some problems with my Payoneer card. Mind you, my Payoneer card isn’t even my primary means of payment.
Any way, I have no idea what’s going on, as the email said to verify my account and remove the card. I removed the card but there’s no prompt whatsoever to verify my account and my account was verified long ago.
I have no clue what to do as the instructions are vague and I can’t seem to contact support (The “Get Help” button hasn’t been working for the past couple of hours). I responded to their email and they usually respond by now, but for some reason it’s taking them a long time today. This is extremely frustrating. Halt my time tracker and stop me from logging hours, but to block me from withdrawing my funds that I worked for? I don’t understand this at all.
