My account was suspended

Hello my account was suspended this evening and I was asked to verify my ID. This I have done in the past.

I have also uploaded my ID again today and my bank statement. Please what did I do wrong to have my account suspended? I have ongoing contract that I'm still working on.

I believe I have not violated Upwork terms of service.

I will appreciate if this is resolved speedily as I'm willing to provide any information required.
