My bank account keeps on getting disabled by upwork

My bank account keeps on getting disabled by upwork. I still can't withdraw my month's worth of salary even though my payment option is weekly withdrawal. Can someone please help me how to resolve this?

I see that your payment method was disabled twice due to invalid bank details and account numbers. Please make sure your payment details are correct and match your account name. Also, ensure you are entering your saving account number and not the card number.
