My connects have not reset

Hi, all!

 

So, I'm on a Freelancer Basic membership with Upwork, meaning at the end of my billing cycle, my connects are due to reset. The end of my billing cycle was yesterday, Dec. 13th, and I still have yet to receive any new connects. Any idea when these connects will come in or do I need to contact support?

It usually takes a few hours on the first day of the new billing cycle for connects to get reset.

My current billing cycle ended yesterday, Dec 13, today is Dec 14 but still, upwork did not put connects to my account. I have 0 connects. Any Advice, please?

Hi, Yasar

 

Are you sure your billing cycle end date is 13th?

If your end date is 13th, your starte date is 14th.

So you will get new connects on 14th, please take a deep breath.

You will see 60 connects charged successfully!

Today is 6th nov, my billing period was ended on 5th nov. Still my connects are not reset. Please help me with this.

 Just wait. They reset mid to late morning UTC automatically.
