My location and my passport

Hello , I have problem , i had immigrated to Spain form Iran , now I just have temporary resident cart your system can’t verify this type of cart and if I am going to upload my passport it can’t submit my location it can make problem for me , I uploaded my visa which I immigrated with that and it cant be accepted too , what should I do now to submit mi location and my identity too ?
