I want to know these 43 Interviews are the numbers generated via the direct client's job invite.
or it includes when I send a proposal and then interviewed.

It only includes interviews from the direct invitations from clients.

Thanks, Sushant, Please let me know if i optimize my profile description and titles will i get more invites. Because suddenly I lose invites. Not getting a single one.

How many invites you get depends upon how high you appear in search results, which is based on an algorithm that keeps updating the results. Having a JSS of 90% or above and a top-rated badge helps in this case.

Visibility in search results is rotated, so it is normal for the number of invites to fluctuate.
