Hello!

I should have earned a (Top rated) padge on my profile as I achieved its requirements.

I didn't get my stats yet! I have earned more that $1500 during the last few months and have 100% success rate.Why?

Hi Ibrahim,

Please check "Top Rated eligible weeks" number on your My Stats page as that is one of the requirements to earn and maintain the Top Rated status. Once you meet all of the requirements you’ll have a dedicated badge on your freelancer profile in up to 48 hours.

The number of eligible weeks is 6 and hasn't been changed for a month.

Hi Ibrahim,

I checked, and your eligible weeks calculation is correct. Please note that the Top Rated eligible weeks are the past 16 weeks where you either had Rising Talent status or a Job Success Score above or equal to 90%
