My top Rated Weeks are not increasing!!!

Hello! Hope everyone is doing great. So, about a 4 weeks back my top-rated weeks stopped increasing. I don’t think it was due to pushing of non-eligible weeks because my top-rated weeks were increasing and even my JSS increased, they stopped all of a sudden. Please can anyone look into this?
