Hello, I am using my business acccount as bank account and hence the name is different than my profile. I have received email to upload few documents. Unfortunately when I click on the securelink provided, it goes to FIVS and does nothing. I do not receive the page to upload document,
At one time, when I received the link it had ID verification document where I had to upload my Govt ID & photo etc. Unfortunately there is no way to reach out to support to ask.

Could you please try clearing your browser's cookies, or using a different browser to see if the issue persists?

I tried that. Another browser, another computer or clearing cookies none of them works.
