Hi! I need help, my client requires me to provide them my address and passport ID to make the contract.

No. Dont provide them those details. Inform the client that Upwork has verified your ID with all those sensitive documents / details and ask them to check with Upwork. 

And dont forget to report about this to Upwork.

Unless this is an Enterprise client, don't do it. Address maybe, that is not non-standard, but you should be very careful with your ID documents, they can be used to steal your identity.
