Negative Balance

Why my balance is negative? The client took the service and now has tried a refund as well. I am totally frustrated.

Is that for your $440/h contract?  Did you buy something for the client?

A negative balance means whenever you are going to get the next payment in your Pending/Available section, it will automatically subtract that amount.

Then How will I buy my connects? I have only one connect now.

You can still buy with real money, using cards.

That outcome was to be expected after you posted about your $440/hour job. That is a rate that throws up immediate red flags, very few clients pay that rate.

Why ? If the client agrees what is the problem?

That the client is a scammer never intending to pay.
