New Connects are not reflecting on my profile

Hi,

 

I've bought ten new connects today and have the invoice for the same. But it's not reflecting on my profile, and I can't place any new bid. Does anyone face the same problem and know the solution?

Hi Suchira,

 

I can see that the transaction was successful on our end, and you've also recently used the purchased Connects on a proposal you submitted. You can see this by going to Reports > Connects History.

Hi, Suchira. It's something new. Try using Support. Maybe a technic problem.

Okay, yes. I did check and found out the issue. The purchased connects were used in a proposal. Thank you for your response.
