When rejecting an invitation to a job interview, I would like to see a category with something like "doesn't fit my skills". An alternative description might be "outside my area of expertise", or something similar.
The reason is that I frequently get invitations that have nothing to do with my skill set - in other words, I am not capable to do the job. I do translations, and often get invitations for language pairs that I don't do. I also do programming work, but as you might guess, I know only some programming languages - I certainly don't know each of the thousands of programming languages in existence. More to the point, my programming skills aren't up-to-date with modern Web programming, for example.
None of the existing rejection categories fit this situation - and the situation is common enough, at least in my experience.
