New to upwork and not getting job

Hello, I am new to Upwork and I want to start working as a content writer. I can write on various topics. Outside Upwork, I've remained active in this field for a long time and have also worked for multiple companies mainly focused on audiences from the US, UK, and other European countries. After optimizing my profile and also sending proposals after watching all the tips from YouTube videos, I'm still not getting a single chance to start working on this platform. Can anyone help me, please?
