Not Getting New Jobs in 2019

I using Upwork since 2012 and was going perfect for me before 2019. In last 90 days I have submitted over 100 Proposals but I was hired/interviewed only for 5 times. I am very much confused and concerned about my Proposals and safety as since last 3-4 months whenever My connects renews I used them within 4-7 days but no success at all. Can anyone please explain it to me. Thanks

Dear Hamid,
I understand your frustration. Believe me, it happens sometimes. There are several reasons you are not getting any job. But I believe this is the time to renovate your profile from scratch. You can start with your profile overview, it can be far far better. Change your profile picture and use one with more confidence, smile, and professionalism. You can use some proper description in portfolio items.  And study your last 100+ sent proposals and find out what mistakes are there.
Find the problem first you will get the solution soon.
