Not able to download a file

I keep getting this error message when I'm trying to download a pdf file: 

 

It is not safe to download this file. If you really want to access this file please contact Customer Support.

 

Please help!!

You don't need to work with Customer Support.

 

Just share files using some other method:

FTP, email, USB flashdrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft One Drive, WeTransfer, etc.

This is working as designed. Upwork has security measures in place, including antivirus software that scans all attachments. The system may have detected that the attached file is malicious which is why you received this notification. 

On your next reply, kindly confirm if you need help downloading the file so that I can reach out to the Customer Support Team.
